David M. Romero, a Managing Partner with The Romero Law Firm, P.C., was born in Houston, Texas, in 1969. He graduated from the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He has worked for Arthur Andersen LLP, in the tax compliance group, and is familiar with individual and corporate tax returns. With his strong financial background in accounting, he is better able to protect our clients’ interests by scrutinizing tax returns, brokerage documents, retirement accounts, bank accounts and financial statements. He represents clients in Harris County and the surrounding counties with complex estates and child custody suits. Our approach has always been to help our clients achieve their goals, now and after divorce.He was admitted to the bar in Texas in 2000.

Mr. Romero is very active in the community. He is an active member of the Special Olympics Committee of the Houston Bar Association. He also enjoys coaching his sons’ youth basketball teams and traveling.

Certified Mediator
Mr. Romero has certified as a mediator and has been highly successful in helping spouses come to mutually acceptable agreements to resolve the issues in their divorce cases.  He is available to mediate on weekends and after-hours if necessary and his rates are as follows:  half day mediation rate of $400.00 per party and full day mediation of $750.00 per party.
